Sharonda Walton, ANP-BC is a board-certified adult nurse practitioner, medical aesthetics educator, and the founder and owner of Royalty Wellness Spa. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Jackson State University in 2001, a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Baptist College of Health Sciences in 2004, and a Master’s in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2010. In addition to medical aesthetics, her medical expertise includes adult health, occupational health, and emergency medicine.
Since 2017, she has dedicated herself to the medical aesthetics industry, earning certifications in cosmetic injectables and completing advanced training in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and PDO Threads. Driven by a desire to improve representation in the Mid-South, she opened her boutique medical spa in 2018. Year-round, she provides mentorship and shadowing opportunities in her office and national certification training as an instructor for MedAesthetics Training.
A recognized leader in her field, she frequently contributes to Memphis Health and Fitness Magazine, authored the eBook “Say it Ain’t So: Black Does Crack, Here’s What to Do About It,” and presented at the 2023 Southern Black Girls and Women’s Consortium. Her recent accolades include being voted Memphis’ Best Injector for 2025, receiving the American MedSpa Association (AmSpa) 2025 Distinguished Women in Medical Aesthetics award, being named a 2024 Power 30 Honoree and being named a Recommended Provider for Best Aesthetic Injectors of America from 2019-2024. She is also an active member of the BOW Collective and the Greater Memphis Chamber of Commerce.
When she is not serving her home as a wife and mother, she is serving her community. Each year Sharonda and Royalty Wellness Spa host a Breast Cancer Awareness fundraising event for Sisters Network Inc. and an essential items holiday drive for House of Grace Domestic Violence Shelter. She also volunteers year-round with her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and church, Brown Missionary Baptist Church.

Adrienne Hite is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience in patient care, wellness, and aesthetic medicine. She is trained and certified in cosmetic injectables, IV hydration therapy, facial assessment, and advanced treatment planning. Known for her attention to detail and “subtle yet significant” results, Hite combines medical expertise with a refined aesthetic approach to help ensure our clients feel confident and empowered.

Kamesha Cannady is an aesthetic nurse injector and Licensed Esthetician specializing in facial balancing, natural enhancement, and skin rejuvenation. With 9 years of nursing experience and advanced training in facial anatomy and injectable techniques, she is dedicated to creating soft, balanced, and naturally refined results with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
Her aesthetic philosophy focuses on enhancing facial harmony while maintaining the integrity of each client’s natural features. By combining precision and individualized treatment planning, Cannady creates results that leave our clients looking refreshed and never overdone.
With a strong foundation in corrective skincare and melanated skin health, she also specializes in hyperpigmentation treatments, Morpheus8 RF Microneedling, and customized skin rejuvenation protocols designed to improve overall skin quality and long-term results.

Rachel Phillips is a Licensed Medical Esthetician passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin. A recent graduate of Cure Advanced Aesthetics in Memphis, TN, Phillips mastered facials, chemical peels, microneedling, back facials, laser hair removal, and waxing. She specializes in enhancing your natural beauty while creating a relaxing, results-driven experience tailored to your skincare goals.
