No Show / Cancellation / Rescheduling

If you are a no-show (miss your appointment without communication with us) and provide less than 24hrs notice of cancellation or rescheduling, your card on file will be charged a $75 fee. If the card on file is inactive, this fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointment.

Reservations 

We encourage you to proactively book your appointment to ensure our availability in addition to allowing enough time for healing and your results to be visible. Important factors to consider when booking your appointment include if your treatment is minimally-invasive, treatment area (visible to others), special occasions, and the amount of time needed in-between treatments considering our treatment plans include multiple treatments. All reservations require an active credit card to be on file. 

Consultation Fees

All consultation fees (excluding weight loss consults) are paid at the time of booking and are credited towards treatment when you book an appointment, only.

Returns/Refunds

Please note that we do not provide returns or refunds on products purchased or services provided. Both are final sale.
